About The Email From Peter Sterr

Peter Sterr is Rep. Tim Probst's aide.  I contacted Rep. Tim Probst to help me because of the Clark County Sheriff's Office involvement in what happened and is still going on.  At the beginning, the emails seemed like Rep. Probst would actually do something, but after this email, in which Peter Sterr writes that the Sheriff's Office couldn't find any personal connection between Joe Peck and Patty Locktov and asked me to provide evidence they knew each other, and my following email showing the evidence in the form of a google search result - Joe Peck and Patty Locktov were facebook friends until August 20th, 2010, at around 1 pm - the next email from Peter Sterr was to tell me Rep. Tim Probst was not going to help me at all.

Why?  Because I have evidence that the Clark County Sheriff's Office is lying about a very serious matter that they refused to investigate or to allow me to file a police report- an attempted break into my house and the people involved in that attempt.

The evidence is the Google Search results.  The Clark County Sheriff's Office has access to the Internet, and they know how to google.  They also have access to many other resources.

Claiming they couldn't find a personal connection between Joe Peck and Patty Locktov is a lie.  The Clark County Sheriff's Office is lying and Rep. Tim Probst knows it.  Rep. Tim Probst won't do anything about it.

By having me under surveillance, my family found out which vets I was taking my dog to and paid them to have him killed.  The Clark County Sheriff's Office knew my family hired P.I.s to keep me under surveillance and never warned me.  They dismissed me, even as my dog's health was deteriorating rapidly in front of their eyes.  I did take my dog to the Prescint.  They saw what they were doing.  They didn't care. 

Money talks, my family walks.

I don't vote for those who are corrupt, therefore I won't vote for Rep. Tim Probst.

Attempted Break In November 19th, 2009 - Sheriff refused to let me file a report

A woman came to my house on November 19th, 2009, pretending to be a flower delivery person.  I recognized her as the same person who came to my house the previous week pretending to be a census taker and didn't open the door.  She kept banging at the door and ringing the bell.  Then she trespassed into my backyard and tried to break into my house through the back door.  She left and I called 911.  She came back and parked right in fornt of my house.  I called 911 again and was told a patrol car was almost at my house.  I went out and took two pictures of the minivan and the license plate - this is the plate.  The minivan had been shaking as if there was more than one perosn inside, but once they saw I was standing next to it, whoever was inside became very quiet.  The windows are tinted black so it was impossible to see who was inside.  It scared me that somebody who had been trying to get into my house now was pretending not to be in the car, so I ran back inside my house.
The deputies arrived shortly after this, but the minivan was gone.  When I related what occurred and who I thought was behind it, Dep. Paulson said it was serious and checked the license plate.

After realizing who the car bleonged to (the P. I. firm my family hired to follow me) he and his partner came back and said because the vehicle wasn't stolen he wouldn't investigate, wouldn't tell me who tried to break into my house, and that the woman was tryng to serve me papers.  He refused to let me file a police report, became rude, and left the scene leaving me even more scared and confused.

He never told me the vehicle belonged to the P.I. firm my family hired to keep me under surveillance.  I should have been informed of that.  The Clark County Sheriff's Office knew I was being followed AND NEVER WARNED ME.

Had they done any actual police work, they would have known my family had reported me a missing person on August 8th, 2008 and that I had called 911 because of my family on March 26th, 2009.

The Clark County Sheriff's Office aided criminals in the commission of crimes.  I do wonder if they would have helped other stalkers stalk their victims if those other stalkers weren't as rich as my family.

By having me under surveillance which included having my phone tapped and my emails hacked, my family found out an online dating site I was going to and gave my personal information to a man who thought - or was told - we were going to get married in a month, and, the most painful part of all, my family found out which vets I was taking my dog to and paid the vets to kill my dog.

My dog was given the wrong medications, an injection that turned him into a skeleto, and arsenic mixed in his medications.  He was murdered at the ICU.  Trying to save his life cost me US$10,000.

And the Clark County Sheriff's Office knew all along what was going on and never warned me.  Every time I tried to file a police report they prevented me from doing so.

They knew my dog was getting killed.

They knew my family had reported me a missing person claiming they had no idea where I was while having me under surveillance.

They also know that P.I.s are not allowed to break into people's houses.

When The Law Breaks

Where do we turn to when we cannot turn to those in law enforcement for our protection?  Where do we turn when law enforcement colludes with criminals in the commission of crimes?  Those are questions I am asking myself now, and I don't have an answer.

I've been stalked for years, and only last week I found out, in a court of law, that the stalkers contacted the Sheriff's Office in advance and told them what they were going to do and for the sheriff's office not to interfere.  My phone is tapped, my emails hacked, there was an attempted break into my house that the sheriff's office refused to investigate, and my dog was murdered.

The stalkers are family members.  Had the sheriff's office done actual police work, they would have realized those relatives had reported me a missing person, started a motion to have me declared legally dead, and stole money that belongs to me from an inheritance.  Either the Sheriff's office didn't do their job, or didn't care - my family is very rich.

Since when law enforcement is allowed to aid criminals in the commission of crimes?  My privacy has been invaded and my dog was brutally murdered.  Yet the Clark County Sheriff's Office won't allow me to file police reports.  I didn't understand why until last week, during a court hearing.  I'm still under surveillance, so I filed a petition to get a restraining order against the P.I. who is following me and tried to break into my house.  Before the hearing would take place, the judge show me a copy of a letter he received from the P.I.s lawyer saying she was hired by my family to keep me under surveillance and that the Clark County Sheriff's Office was told in advance.  The judge didn't let me present any evidence, not even the police report I filed (by email) about the attempted break in and didn't grant me the restraining order.  So I'm still under surveillance.

What hurts the most is that my famiy paid the vets to poison and murder my dog, and the Clark County Sheriff's Office knows.  I am 100% sure that my family's henchmen who arranged with the vets to get my dog killed were Clark County deputies.

For the last three months of his life I took him to vet after vet and didn't understand why the vets were hurting him every time more.  Now I know.  My family paid them, and the Sheriff's Office help them.

Q: Where do we turn to when we don't have law enforcement to turn to for help?
A: To the Internet.

This blog is to document everything my family is putting me through, their collussion with the sheriff's office, and to show the world I am alive.

You see, my family, while having me under surveillance, reported me a missing person and tried to have me declared legally dead claiming they don't know where I am.

The name of the Portland, OR P.I. they are using is Laurie Debauw, owner of Girl Friday Investigations.  They also use a P.I. from Canada named Jerry Stamps, and when I lived in Dallas, TX, they used somebody named Larry Ness, who is a former US Secret Service agent.

How do I get my privacy back?  Why are stalker/criminals allowed to keep their victim under surveillance and the law doesn't help the victim?  This shouldn't be, regardless of how rich the criminals are.

I almost got killed and my dog got killed.  The Clark County Sheriff's Office knows because they partook in what happened.
